Karen brown is the Queen of glitz and glamour, a Certified Wedding & Event Planner, Travel Counselor and the founder of Creations by Kay.
As a Jamaican native, I migrated to Canada at a young age. My mindset has always been to make dreams come true. I am a wife, mother, but most of all I am resilient. My business philosophy is to make sure that every moment is memorable and every single person I work with feels valued, no matter what their travel budget is.

While you may start out as a client, I hope to transition into to "family". I find honesty, creativity, dedication and excellent customer service to be the most valuable qualities for success in creating a positive experience for my "family".
In 2023 I was awarded Canadian International Black Women Excellence (CIBWE)100 Black Women to watch 2023. 2024 I won the Event Decor in Brampton Canadian Choice Award. 2025 I won the Youth Leadership Award with International Women Achievers Award (IWAA).
I work with a dedicated team of professionals who will ensure that your event will be memorable. We cater to all ethnicity, various size groups and events.
I will assist you from the initial stages until your return home. I'm an avid traveler that's able to assist my clients in destination with management of their event to ensure a seamless and stress free experience and to create memorable moments with your loved ones.
